Week 8

8 Short Weeks can make a hell of a difference. 

Like most guys, I was gyming about 3/4 days a week.. thinking I was in shape.. I wanted just be in the best shape of my life. I saw the results from Billy K and immediately implemented my diet that night by clearing out my fridge and went grocery shopping. Week 1 is the hardest .. after that its all mundane and like clockwork. Nothing can describe the feeling of being the best shape of your life.. and walking around knowing that you are reaching your full potential.. ultimately fearless. That my friend is a natural high that words cannot describe. I call it a lifestyle shift rather than just a diet. For me, its more about the philosophy of being at your full potential.

- Note: I was working out 4 days a week.. then once I got on the diet.. I increased my workout to 5/6 days a week.. b/c I wanted fast results.. It just depends on what you what.  I have a clear goal of where i want to be at week 12.
